
Cozette Hansen was raised in a real estate family, where her grandfather, father and aunt were involved in the industry. It was a natural transition for Cozette to launch her own commercial real estate career in 2016. But it is her relentless drive and passion for helping others that sets Cozette apart from the rest.
Leading up to that time, Cozette’s international interests allowed her to spend many years traveling the world, exploring Southeast Asia, Europe and South America. Her passion for helping others grew exponentially during her time abroad. She volunteered at the Blessed Mother Theresa House in Calcutta, India working with mentally and physically disabled children. Cozette also worked at a children’s orphanage in Thiruvinamili, India, teaching English and working with handicapped children. In Putrom Village, Cambodia, she volunteered with The Elephant Valley Project, providing support for the elephant food farms, forests and elephant research. Cozette spent transformative years immersing herself in different cultures while expanding cultural beliefs and awareness. Through her travels, she cultivated a burning desire and commitment to always making a difference in her own community complimenting her commercial real estate career.
